Hello Everyone, Hope you all had a blessed Holiday Season and a wonderful, safe, and joyful New Year! I am ready for whatever the upcoming months have ahead for me, and feeling very positive about my future endeavors with Avinnovate. Since the launch of my blog in late 2013, I have heard many positive comments about my project; and was happy to hear so many good things about my blog. Which gave me even more motivation to follow my dreams and my passion. So since I'm not a huge fan of the whole New Years Resolution deal here are some words of motivation to take along with you not only for the rest of 2014 but the rest of your time here on this place we call Earth. STAY READY! I have always been told, "If you stay ready, you never have to get ready". With that being said it made perfect since to me. No matter what problem comes your way, what obstacles you have to over come, take it head on. Stay focused on your goals, and becoming a better you. Most importantly stay positive. Having a positive mindset is key to your own self happiness and self love. Changing your mindset is probably one of the biggest adjustments you could make to change your attitude and the way you perceive life in general. Some times we get so caught up in whats going on in our lives that we forget about the way our actions may affect those around us. Something as simple as a smile to a stranger, or a "Hey, how are you doing today"? Could changes a strangers whole day, and your attitude. Stay ready to learn something new, travel more, experience different cultures, and believe in yourself. Don't just talk about what you want to do, actually get out there and DO IT. Have faith in yourself and be confident in You. From trying a new hair color, to asking your crush out for lunch or coffee, to something as big as starting your own business. DO IT. Hard work we all know is the key to success and proper planning. So I plan to have a growth of subscribers this year for my blog and being able to network with other people in the industry. So thanks for the support I was shown in 2013 and lets keep the love flowing in 2014.
Well the holidays are in full swing now, with Thanksgiving behind us. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals long gone.....The only thing left on the holiday to do list, after the annual gift giving season is none other than the BIGGEST PARTY OF THE YEAR. NEW YEARS EVE ! I'm a Black and White type of girl for these occasions. Real classic, vintage, old Hollywood type fashion, but I also enjoy the glitz and glamor of the holiday season too. Especially on New Years Eve you want to make sure to give a lasting impression and start the year off right turning heads, no correction breaking necks in jaw dropping designs. One thing to keep in mind though when dress shopping is to remember to dress accordingly to whats comfortable for YOU. Also what looks good on ones body type does not look good on all....I'm sorry. So do not let the one size fits all lie get you. One size fits most. Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone, and have fun most importantly. He...
